VaidyaDesk Jobs collects job applications, employer submissions, alert subscriptions, and optional talent-bank profiles to operate the Ayurveda jobs portal.

Candidate data

Applications include contact details, qualification, location, experience, resume files, and optional notes. Talent-bank consent is separate from applying for a specific job and is never pre-selected.

Employer data

Employer submissions include organization details, contact details, and job descriptions so the VaidyaDesk Jobs team can review and publish verified openings.

Storage and access

Resume files are stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket and are accessed only through short-lived signed URLs for authenticated jobs admins. Public resume URLs are not used.

Deletion requests

Candidates can request deletion of their profile and resume data by contacting VaidyaDesk support at support@vaidyadesk.com. Deletion requests remove the candidate profile and associated private resume files, subject to legal or security retention needs.
